The DNLG is a leadership development organisation for business owners and company directors.
It brings together business leaders from a wide range of industry sectors, both private and public. The DNLG provides an opportunity to develop leadership skills, to interact with key speakers, to share their issues and to make better decisions.
Members of the DNLG are leaders of businesses with at least 10 or more people employed. This brings benefits to all members, learning from visiting thought leaders and discussing challenges with peer group members. There is no upper size limit.
The DNLG meets five times a year under the joint Chairmanship of two highly experienced Facilitators and Business Coaches, Neal Steeper and Hugh Mantle.
